The first thing you need to do is make sure you have the correct hearing aids for your specific needs.

If you have a hearing aid that’s designed for one ear or the other, you might need to adjust the earplugs, or get a different hearing aid.

If the first hearing aid you get is too loud, you’ll need to use a different one, or adjust the other one.

Make sure you understand what you need and where you’re getting it.

If you’ve had any trouble with your hearing, or if you’re having difficulty hearing at all, you may need to speak to a hearing specialist.

If there’s an infection, a cold, or other condition that can affect hearing, it’s important to get your hearing tested.

It may also be important to see your GP or hearing health specialist.
