Audible’s app for hearing aid can be used to help you get to grips with your own voice.

You can choose from a selection of spoken audio recordings and have them played in your ear.

To use the app you’ll need to have a compatible hearing aid, and then set it up to start listening to the audio recording you want to hear.

If you’re worried about sounding too robotic, you can also turn off your phone’s microphone.

You’re also able to use your earphones to adjust the volume of the audio.

If all else fails, you could also set up the app to automatically switch to the correct voice during conversation.

Audible’s hearing aid features are set to become available in the UK next month, with the first pair expected to be available in October.
